The Maphilindo International 24x7 Call Center was created to provide immediate response in customer service through broadening the channels of communication between our Principals and their customers. We provide a 24x7, 365 days a year service for all claims notification, enquiries, handling, and nationwide assistance for property, home and roadside emergencies. The mechanism of this functionality is further enhanced through incoming assistance calls or outgoing marketing calls, made on behalf of our Clients. 

We accept all media of calls; voice, e-mail, Fax, SMS, Web, and Toll-Free. The Call Center provides Maphilindo International a more competitive stance in the market. The call center is be governed by strict service standards and will be benchmarked on a periodical basis to ensure service levels are maintained and improved. All Principals receive detailed monthly reports that provides transparent account of the service levels.
